Deborah Galligani has vast experience working with individual, couples and families as a counselor, coach, therapist and consultant since 2000. She has been working in the psychological, behavioral cognitive field for over 20 years and licensed in the State of California for over 12 years. 

Deborah has been specializing in assisting people to be their Best Self in all areas of their life! She specializes in relationships. Relationship with self and others providing a safe space to explore themes and patterns that no longer serve us and transform to our authentic self, such as identifying and addressing negative self talk, depression, anxiety, self-doubt, feelings of not enough, crippling shame, inability to take healthy risk, faulty belief systems and cognitive errors. 

While Deborah’s experience is quite varied, her private practice consists of working with individuals, couples, families and groups in the following areas that overlap with her consulting expertise, not limited to, grief and loss, divorce, marriage, aging parents, empty nest,  self-exploration, problem identification, career growth/change, life-transition decisions, relationship improvement goals, and performance goals.
